Please be advised that the return policy will only apply when you receive a damaged or incorrect item from the company. In the event that your order arrives damaged or not as confirmed, you have to follow the steps mentioned below to return it.

We will only allow exchanges for the exact item. Refunds will not be given if the customer receives the correct item from the company.

1: Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return along with the picture of the front and the backside of the product.

2: Wait for further instructions from our customer service team. They will provide you with the return address and any additional documentation required for the return.

3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, if available. If the original packaging is not available, please use a suitable alternative that can protect the product during transit.

4: Ship the return package using a reliable and trackable shipping method. We recommend obtaining a proof of shipment for your records.
Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the required conditions for a return.

5: Upon successful inspection, we will process the refund within 30 days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.

    Please Note:

    • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, except in cases of damaged items.
    • Restocking Fee
      Fee: In the case of a return, Rhinestone Belt Store will incur a restocking fee. This fee will be equivalent to 30% of the product’s cost.
      Mode of payment: The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount owed to the customer.
    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if the returned product does not meet the required conditions or if it is returned beyond the specified time-frame.
    • Customized or personalized product are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
