In order to exercise our exchange policy, your exchange item must be unused, or simply in the same condition (along with attached labels) when received.

If you receive a damaged/wrong item(s) from our side, we’ll ensure a free shipping course. Otherwise, the consumer will bear $24.99 for exchange shipping.
